Associate Consultant Private Equity Consulting (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• (Partial) responsibility for projects in the areas of strategy, transactions and value enhancement, in particular for the preparation of commercial due diligence reports for individual task packages
• Carrying out research activities and conducting expert interviews for the preparation of market and competition analyses
• Development of market models and elaboration and validation of business plans
• Support in acquisition activities and customer management
• Active participation in business development/ in the further development of the company

Your profile

• Completed master’s degree in the field of business, engineering or natural sciences (or comparable course of study) with excellent academic performance
• First practical experience in management consulting (strategy consulting, M&A advantageous) or in the private equity environment
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent work, high willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills (German and English)
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Interest, first previous knowledge and experience in private equity an advantage
